Mrs. Charbonneau - Due to Google Classroom, this page is no longer being updated. (2/1/19)
Hi! Welcome to my page. :) This site is designed to help you find the resources you need in order to be successful in my class. Any of my students can access this website in order to submit assignments online, send me an email, discover the lesson plan for the week, or print off any class handouts that may have walked away from their possession. In addition, any powerpoint lessons that were discussed in class will be available here as well. I hope this information is both helpful and informative to you. Feel free to send me an email if you seem to be lost or have any questions. I am always available to help.
Just a Few Things About Me
Just so you know, teaching has always been my passion. My mother was an elementary school teacher and she always had me in her classroom putting up bulletin boards, grading papers, or helping her choose things at the store for her classroom. I knew then that teaching was the thing for me. I believe that I have been teaching for twenty years (give or take a year or two). The years tend to run together the older I get. I have had various teaching positions over the years, but I have been thankfully employed at FCHS the longest. I LOVE English, reading, and everything involved with the subject. I love buying new books for the class, so I'm always up for suggestions.
The picture above is a picture of me with my husband, Sam. We've been married for twenty- three years and have two grown boys, Michael and Logan. If you can't tell by the picture, we both get very excited about baseball. I'm starting to like tennis more and more, but baseball is my true love. If you're involved in a sport and would like me to come watch, drop me a line. I'm always look forward to witnessing talents. I hope you enjoy English and high school in general. No matter what, we're in this together.
Life is like a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.
